Find Your People, Find Your Prosperity
Manifesting wealth and abundance can feel like magic, but manifestations don't come out-of-the-blue. Ultimately, the universe is our source of abundance AND the universe works through other people. We are infinitely connected to one another and the more we nurture those connections and channels - the more opportunities, connections, and wealth we create for ourselves AND for others.
I've expanded my flow of wealth and abundance by expanding my network (authentically) and then pouring love and attention onto those people.
The best example I have from my experience is the work I've done with my local Junior League.
I initially joined the volunteer organization to impact and give back to the community after having moved away for a number of years. The incredible gifts and connections from that decision continue to flow into my life today - it's really quite amazing. I ended up meeting other like-minded women with big hearts and a desire to give back to other in their community. And that community includes each other. I've received job interviews, job offers, private clients, gifts, business introductions, support, and sage advice from the friendships I've made over the past five years. And I had zero intention of those things when I started - it's been a bonus to the friendships and community impact.
You can create new channels of abundance every single day by expanding your network and creating goodwill.
Networking doesn't have to be an icky, business-focused concept. As we network and expand our circles of influence, we expand our ability to create wealth and abundance in our lives and doing that for those that we're connecting with as well. We are infinitely interconnected and if you're not taking advantage of that as part of your abundance strategy - start today. Expanding your network can be super simple!
Think of five things you're interested in or value and groups or organizations where you could join to expand that interest or express that value. There are so many classes, meet-up groups, volunteer organizations - just google the specific interest + your local area.
An even easier way to expand your network is through social media, you can find and infinite amount of Facebook groups, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, etc... dedicated to anything and everything. The key to creating camaraderie online is to not sit in the shadows - start engaging authentically with others.
Once you've got your networks chosen - engage, give back, and interact with others.
Going back to my Junior League example - when I was President I heard so many women tell me that they didn't feel connected to the organization because no on ever reached out to them. I'd ask them in return, "what did you do to be the one reaching out and meet others?" You can't wait for the leader of a community to reach out and give you permission to interact in the community - be the community and be the one reaching out to others.
